Detailed Product Description:
Principle: HZGG500-2/4/6/8D series paste filling machines are of automatic piston type. There are 2, 4, 6, 8 heads to choose for this filling machine.
The material pumped through a piston which is driven by a cylinder and the flow direction is controlled by rotary valve. The cylinder stroke is controlled by a signal valve and the filling amount can be adjusted by a hand wheel.
Property: This filling machine is produced on the basis of further transformation and innovation of of our own filling machines as well introducing advanced foreign technology. In terms of the updated structure, It is easier to oprate, more efficient and the accuracy is higher.
This filling machine is mainly used for paste and sauce which is of high consistence.
This paste filling machine can be equipped with different kind of tank, such as roud tank, square tank, the tank with stirrer and the tank with heating, and the volume of the tank can be customized.
